Attention all parents and students, have you been wondering what you need to bring for college or what are some college essentials? Well you’re in the right place, in this blog post I’ll go over six things you probably didn’t know you needed for college until now!

No-Touch Door Opener Keychain

Especially now during a pandemic this is necessary but colleges are also always dirty so it is crucial that you aren’t constantly touching doorknobs. This is also really great when you have a lot of things in your hand and cannot reach the door handle.

Flip Flops with Holes

This is a MUST have because normal flip flops leave a huge trail of water. This way, you don’t have to step into the dirty communal showers or leave a mess of water.

Clear Whiteboard Adhesive

Whiteboards and bulletin boards are hard to hand up and cost a good amount of money. Instead you can glue a clear adhesive to your desk or wall for a cheaper price.

No Flame Candle Plate

Many aren’t aware of this but, colleges don’t allow you to light any candles. Instead this no flame candle plate lets you put the candle atop a plate that heats it (with no flame) and then the room smells like your candle!

Toothbrush Cover/Case

I’ve used a toothbrush cover for when I’m traveling as well and it’s very useful. Normally, in college bathrooms there is no room to lay the toothbrush on the sink so, by having a cover you won’t have to lay the toothbrush on the floor or on top of your clothes.

Eye Mask

Especially when you are dorming with other people who stay up late, having a comfortable blackout sleeping mask is crucial for you to get enough sleep each night. The eye mask I linked also has a bluetooth speakers!
